Freshness and Care:
For optimal flavor, Joie Patisserie French Macarons are best if consumed within 1-2 days. Store in refrigeration up to 7 days.  Deep freeze up to two weeks.  Before consuming, please remove the French Macarons from refrigeration and allow them to reach room temperature.     

Shipping Information:
We ship our French Macarons fresh via overnight or 2 day express.  We ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship Friday through the weekend due to the delicate nature of the French Macarons.

Joie Patisserie will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery.  If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.  If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after receiving your package.
